- Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria. If the item(s) are eligible, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that any shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you are returning an item for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.
- In some cases, a restocking fee may apply to returned items, especially for items that are no longer in their original condition.
